CrossFit is the fastest growing training program currently practiced in most countries. It is a fitness methodology designed around constantly varying functional movements performed at high intensity.
Constantly varied – means different exercises and workouts every day so you never get bored and you keep learning new skills.
Functional movements – means basic natural movements including running, jumping, lifting, climbing, etc which makes them safe. These movements mimic how we stand, step and move through everyday life. This will increase your athletic ability and body integrity.
High intensity – means more energy output per unit time which results in strength gains and fat loss at the same time, high metabolism, and makes you more active in life in general. Intensity, of course, is relative, allowing everyone to train at a level appropriate to their own physical and psychological limitations.
By doing CrossFit, not only will you get stronger, leaner, fitter, faster, more agile and powerful, you will do it all under the close supervision of certified and experienced coaches and within a fun atmosphere and supportive community.
