CrossFit is the fastest growing training program currently practiced in most countries. It is a fitness methodology designed around constantly varying functional movements performed at high intensity. It includes a lot of rowing, running, jumping, body weight exercises, gymnastics skills, jump rope skills, lifting and throwing objects, and squatting.
How are we different?
At Reebok CrossFit Gurgaon, we train for performance and health utilizing only functional exercises. Functional movement mimic how we stand, step and move through everyday life. These movements are in our DNA and hence they are safer and more useful as compared to using machines or isolation movements.
CrossFit workouts are more like a task given to a group which creates friendly competitive environment where individuals push themselves as well as others. This task (workout) varies every day so that you never get bored and keep learning new skills. It is a top fitness facility where you will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
Our workouts are short and intense which have proved to be more effective than traditional way of training. Intensity, of course, is relative, allowing everyone to train at a level appropriate to their own physical and psychological limitations.
All Coaches at Reebok CrossFit are well educated, undergo training from the CrossFit HQ USA and are certified by the (ANSI) American National Standards Institute.
